Deefords House, Chester

Alterations and upgrading of an existing building to form luxury apartments.

A large Victorian house in a gothic style overlooking the River Dee at Chester was altered to provide seven luxury apartments retaining all the principal reception rooms of the original house. The construction of a canopy over the entire building during the work is an illustration of the caring way in which work was progressed.
