Architecture and Interior Design of a Golf Club House in Chester.
Due to the relocation of Eaton Golf Club, from the Duke of Westminster's Estate, to Waverton, McCormick were employed as architects and interior designers for the Clubhouse on the new golf course.
It was important to design the building so that from the bar areas, the first and tenth tees, and the ninth and eighteenth greens could be seen.
The Professional's shop is situated within the clubhouse building, overlooking the first tee to make sure he is able to control members, visiting societies, matches and competitions.
