Our client required an existing office building to be totally refurbished within a very short timescale, to a high standard of finish and including major changes to mechanical and electrical engineering services. McCormick, acting as lead consultants, architects, interior designers and planning supervisors under CDM regulations organised and managed the project to a successful conclusion within budget and to programme.
