Sean joined the practice in 1992 and has led design teams on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects from £30,000 to £90 million located in Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh and London.

Works have included call centres for banks, retails centres, change of use of listed buildings, designs in sensitive locations and planning negotiations.
Sean's skills include marketing and site finding and the ability to bring together key players and sites and provide opportunities for development and construction.
